Project Manager for Clinical and Non Interventional Research ( m / w )

As a Project Manager, you’ll engage with multiple senior level clients to understand their needs and work with internal stakeholders to leverage the global assets of Kantar Health to respond to those needs.

 KEY OUTCOMES
 
  • Administration, maintenance and coordination of the logistical aspects of clinical trials and non-interventional studies (NIS) according to GCP/GPP and relevant SOPs, supervised by a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader.
  • S/he acts as contact person for routine study related issues for the Kantar Health study team(s) in Germany and at Kantar affiliates, the investigative sites as well as for the Sponsor and possible further external suppliers (e.g. central lab, translation services).
  • S/he is accountable for achieving successful delivery of services at the project level by meeting company and regulatory requirements, quality/scope, timelines and budget constraints.
  • Coordination of monitoring-related activities as well as regulatory and ethical aspects needed for initiating large multinational studies Europe wide.
  • Ensure that the conduct of the study complies with the currently approved protocol/amendment(s), GCP/GPP guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support proposal and budget preparation and preparation of client presentation (e.g. bid defense meeting)
 
CAPABILITIES
 
  • Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Nursing Licensure, Pharmacy or Public Health.  An epidemiological background will be highly recognized
  • Two or more years of clinical project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility, in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device or CRO industry is requiredThorough knowledge of clinical research concepts, practices, and FDA regulations and ICH Guidelines regarding drug development phases, clinical research and data management methods
  • Experience in late phase/non interventional research
  • Knowledge of regulatory and ethical approaches in the European countries
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in handling with clients (Sponsors)
  • Complete grasp of complex interrelations
  • Careful, precise work
  • Team player and cross-cultural competence
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Read, write and speak fluent English and German; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
