The Insights Division of Kantar is a leading global research agency specializing in advertising effectiveness, strategic communication, media and digital, and brand equity research. As a Project Manager, you will work with various Kantar M&D teams such as operations, programming, and client services. You act as the project point person for each campaign.   • Manage daily client support on questionnaire design, media and timelines with some supervision
  • Tag and monitor online advertising campaigns
  • Create quality study design encompassing accurate questionnaire, sampling, data specifications and methodology for multiple research projects simultaneously, with manager guidance as needed
  • Develop and manage sample blend and quota structure with account team lead, offering final suggestions for clients
  • Manage operational project costs while monitoring and making suggestions to simplify and improve processes across accounts
  • Liaison across various functions and teams to monitor post-campaign data transfer and analysis are operating properly
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines & deliverables are met
  • Be able to identify, troubleshoot and communicate with others to solve online ad trafficking issues
  • Proactively document project status and communicate with appropriate teams / stakeholders
  • Monitor all projects in field to ensure results are actionable for the client
  • Identify areas of improvement in projects – we want problem solvers! 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, market research, or business preferred
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Media Planning/Buying and/or Market Research in-house or at an advertising agency (agency preferred)
  • High degree of fluency (written and spoken) in English
  • Basic reading and conversation skills in German
  • Project management experience with ability to maintain good time management while prioritizing and delivering against multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience creating quality custom research study designs for multiple strategic research projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team member to support projects across industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external clients using logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools
  • Experience with online data collection tools a plus
