The Health Division of Kantar has a vacancy for a Senior Medical Writer in our fast-growing Clinical & Real World Research Team in Munich. You will be tasked with preparing study reports on several types of medical studies and expected to express complex data in a concise and easy-to-read way. In order to be successful, you will need an excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and efficiently within an interdisciplinary team.

Kantar’s CRO business unit has almost 40 years of experience in the field of Clinical trials, Late Phase studies, non-interventional studies and epidemiological research.


As a Senior Medical Writer, you will be in charge of writing, reviewing and editing protocols, reports and other study related documents for clinical studies, non-interventional and (pharmaco) epidemiological studies.
You will also be preparing manuscripts for publications and posters, modules of the Common Technical Document (CTD) as well as periodic safety update reports (PSUR / PBRER / DSUR) in close collaboration with Drug Safety. You will work effectively with other teams in Kantar, especially Data Management and Statistics, to extract the right information from the delivered sources.


Through several years of experience in medical writing within a pharmaceutical company or CRO, with a focus on the writing of protocols and study reports according to ICH guidelines and preparation of manuscripts for publication, you have a sound knowledge of biostatistics as well as excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
You are able to devise and deliver reports in a customer-focused approach as well as within the applicable regulations.
Besides of being fluent in German and English, you should also have an university degree, preferably in a life science related topic and at PhD level.
