As a Project Assistant, you will work interdisciplinary and with international teams, and will support the project management team to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Supporting the project manager and the clinical research associate (CRA) in the conduction of national and international projects (non-interventional/ late phase and clinical studies)
  • Takeover of single project management tasks
  • General responsibility in terms of management of study documents: set up, maintenance and quality checks of the Trial Master File and Investigator Site Files
  • Maintenance of study data bases, study management tracker, filing, documentation and archiving
  • Support in the monitoring of project milestones and progress
  • Management of invoicing processes and payment procedures
  • Coordination and conduction of mailings and phone activities
  • Preparation and coordination of meetings (internal and external) including writing meeting minutes
  • Coordination of internal communication flow and workflows
  • Communication and collaboration with internal and external contacts (e.g. internal departments, Kantar affiliates, sponsor, third parties)
  • Supporting the quality assurance activities of the projects

  • Practical Experience in clinical research
  • Knowledge in the conduction of interventional and non-interventional studies
  • A CRO background is highly appreciated. Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device industry would be beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical research concepts, practices, and ICH/ GCP Guidelines regarding drug development phases, clinical research and data management methods
