As a Project Manager, you will work interdisciplinary and with international teams, and manage project management tasks to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

  • Implementation of Real World Evidence projects with a specific focus on secondary data-based, non-interventional RWE study formats
  • Statistical analysis of studies in the areas of (pharmaco-)epidemiology, real world evidence, health outcomes, medical devices and diagnostics; programming tables, graphs and lists, editing and presenting study results
  • Preparation of statistical analysis plans and study designs / protocols;
  • Preparing study-related documents on secondary data-based RWE studies, (pharmaco-) epidemiological and economic studies, including publications, congress abstracts and posters;
  • Assistance in the preparation of offers
  • Cooperation with internal and external service providers
  • Project management, customer communication; budget and time management 

  • Master's Degree in life sciences, Medicine / Pharmacy, Epidemiology, (Health) Economics, Public Health with a specialization in Epidemiology, Statistics / Mathematics or comparable background
  • Ideally at least 2 years of industry or professional experience in Public Health / (Pharmaco-) Epidemiology and / or Health Outcomes Research / Real World Evidence Research
  • Expertise in descriptive and multivariate statistical analyzes (e.g. cox regression model, PSM), case number estimates as well as in conceptional consultation on study designs and analysis concepts
  • Experience in dealing with secondary data from core healthcare sectors (e.g. German sickness funds claims data, U.K. CPRD data, U.S. claims & EMR/EHR datasets)
  • Sound knowledge of the German pension and reimbursement system
  • Ideally, experience in conducting health economics analysis
  • Experience in creating study protocols, reports, publications
  • Structured operation and ability to resolve complex issues accurately and comprehensibly
  • Independent and responsible work
  • Good customer, service and quality orientation
  • Teamwork and social skills, resilience and assertiveness
  • In-depth knowledge of SAS programming and / or SPSS / SPSS dimensions and MS Office
  • Database and SQL knowledge would be an advantage
  • Very good (written and spoken) knowledge of German and English
