Our Health division has about 40 years of experience in the field of clinical trials, late phase studies, non-interventional studies and epidemiological research.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Management professional to join our team in Munich.
  • Manage and process national and international clinical and non-interventional studies in a manner that optimizes capability, delivers timely and accurate results and supports the needs of the business
  • Create and maintain relevant Data Management documentation and guidelines, such as Data Management Plan (DMP), Data Validation Plan (DVP), eCRF Completion Guidelines
  • Design (e)CRF, specify reports and listings and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Review and validate the data in clinical and non-interventional studies
  • Effectively plan and execute multiple Data Management projects simultaneously
  • Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle
  • Support the optimization of Data Management processes
  • Provide guidance to less-experienced Data Managers
  • Participate in Business Development presentations and bid development
  • Attend Sponsor requested meetings as required
  • Participate in or contribute to Sponsor and Regulatory audits or inspections 

  • University degree in Medical Documentation/Life Science/Biological science/Informatics or a related discipline in the science/healthcare field or equivalent education
  • At least 4 years of experience in (Clinical) Data Management within a pharmaceutical company or CRO or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job
  • Very good understanding of ICH-GCP principles, MedDRA and WHO-DD
  • Programming skills in SAS/SQL as well as experience in CDISC SDTM desirable
  • Performance-oriented, well-structured and efficient work methods
  • Ability to work both independently and efficiently within an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English
