Project Assistant Pharmaceutical Research (m/w/n)

What will be your tasks?
  • Supporting the project management of national and international healthcare projects by participating in individual project steps, for example: editing and testing questionnaires, data checking and handling, assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintenance of databases, archiving, storage and documentation
  • Proofreading of reports, questionnaires and presentations
  • Coordination of internal communication and work processes
  • Communication, cooperation with internal and external service providers

What should you bring along?
  • Commercial vocational training, training as a specialist for market and social research or corresponding professional experience
  • Practical experience in market research
  •  Basic knowledge of market research
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Attention to detail, accurate, exact and reliable work
  • Organizational ability, combined with strong teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a global organization
  • Very good German and good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Interest in supplier management activities, e.g. interacting with internal and external service providers
  • Very good MS Office skills - especially PowerPoint
