Associate Director (m/w/divers) Customer Experience Consulting

Kantar has a vacancy for an Associate Director. This person will be tasked with driving innovation within the business.  They will be expected to deliver on business needs, connecting business requirements with a great understanding of technology.  In order to be successful, this person will require excellent soft skills, and the ability to work effectively with offshore resource effectively.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
  • Drive the CX-insights/data part of CX+, our reputation-building platform for the Insights Division
  • Collaborate with local markets and the global marketing team to bring best-in-class CX expertise into all deliverables
  • Analyse data and develop story-lines to be utilized for reporting CX+
  • Generate insights out of CX+ for CX global marketing and thought leadership initiatives
  • Prepare conference presentations and articles based on CX+ insights
  • Further develop CX+ to incorporate new thinking and new data sources.  


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
  • Successfully completed studies (e.g. economics or social sciences)
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience
  • Extensive experience in customer experience research, ideally large scale projects
  • Experience with turning data into insights and story-lines
  • Experience with working in a global environment and across different functions, primarily Marketing
  • High degree of independence and organizational talent, combined with strong teamwork and high commitment
  • Outstanding relationships and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
